Pacific Pickle Works sweeps Specialty Food Association's Front Burner Pitch Competition
The Front Burner Pitch was hosted by the notorious Food Network chef Robert Irvine known for the show Restaurant: Impossible among others. Irvine and the panel of esteemed food industry experts grilled each contestant with questions after a 5 minute pitch. Each product was judged for taste, versatility, and potential as a foodservice product. Pacific Pickle Works' own Victoria Ho made a standout presentation and swept both the judge's choice and the fan favorite awards during the Specialty Food Association's "Front Burner Pitch Competition" at the 2019 Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, California.
